Which country has the best covid vaccine
He developed an experimental vaccine for SARS in 2004 by the Chinese company Sonovac Biotech. The disease died after only 800 deaths, and the project was saved. But that meant that when the new Corona virus, SARS-Co-2, exploded in China last January, the company had a road map of what to do next. Four months later, he published evidence that he could protect monkeys from the disease using a simple vaccine made from the deadly virus.
Until then, China had a different problem: not enough code 19. Its lockdown measures had so effectively crushed the virus at home that doctors could not find patients to fully test their vaccines. The United States has had a lot of infections, but tensions between the two countries mean that no Chinese vaccine for Covid 19 can ever be tested on US soil.

So in June, Sinovak signed a contract with the Batnan Institute, a vaccine center in Sao Paulo, Brazil, which will run a large trial of about 9,000 healthcare workers there. For Brazil, healed by Code 19, this study contains QuadProdu. Button will pay for the trial and recruit volunteers. In return, Sonowak has promised to supply 60 million doses of vaccine to Brazil and more.
Brazil can do this because, since the 1980s, it has carefully preserved its ability to study, prepare and inject bottle at another center in Butan and near Rio de Janeiro. "Self-sufficiency is one of the goals of Brazil's national immunization program," said Richardo Palacios, a Button infectious disease researcher who continues the study.
People in every country of the world will soon be praying for the Code-19 vaccine. The United States has already spent more than 5 5 billion developing a vaccine on its soil for drug makers through a government initiative called Operation Warp Speed. China has a portfolio of candidates and has invested heavily in bio-manufacturing. But other countries, especially in Europe, have sold or closed government manufacturing centers over the years, losing national expertise, losing interest, or relying on neighbors to vaccinate and bottle them.
An abundant supply of covid vaccines could become a coin of geopolitical power, as oil and nuclear weapons are now available. Governments will be relying on it to reopen economies and ensure political stability. Alliances are already changing, moving to beneficiary countries that can make vaccines, test them, develop bulk ingredients and "fill and eliminate" bottling. The rest of the world is terrified of escaping the deadly epidemic.
America first
The code vaccine race has moved forward at an extraordinary pace. By July, many of the candidates, including Sinowak, had been shown to protect monkeys and had been found safe in initial tests on humans. The next stage of clinical trials is to test whether they work on granting immunity. Experts say we will need several vaccines, not just one, and that supply is likely to be severely curtailed already. That's why there is already unprecedented competition in the United Nations to secure shots.
Pierre Morgan, a biotech consultant who works with Cancino, another Chinese company for Quid vaccines, says that behind the scenes, barriers to access to vaccines have begun and everything is on the table. "You enter the dark world of the horse trade," he says. During the H1N1 flu pandemic in 2009, when he was with the French drug company Sanofi, Morgan says, diplomats in Paris chose which countries should receive priority goods. The list includes countries whose supplies depend on France: gas, oil, and uranium. "It didn't have a thin veil," says Morgan.
And it will be not just states that want access, but companies, individuals, even criminal gangs that are ready to hijack a refrigerator truck. During the H1N1 outbreak, France posted its gendarmerie at the gate of the gin factory. "When you have something in supply and in high demand, it has a street price," says Morgan. "Just look at the masks, selling them to people on a large scale." Western intelligence services allege that Russia has already deployed a team of hackers known as Cookie Beer to extract vaccine secrets from UK and US servers.
In the United States, the Trump administration aims to secure 300 million doses of a safe, effective vaccine by January, which it has previously sought to guarantee through procurement agreements. When it announced a payment of 1. 6.6 billion to the biotech company, NovoX, which has no vaccines on the market (the money is for one manufacturing), the Department of Health and Human Services clarified that "the federal government
